To get to Cusco, Peru, you would fly into Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ). It’s located about 3.7 kilometers from the city center of Cusco.
Cusco Airport is the main gateway for tourists traveling to see Machu Picchu and other attractions in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Note that most international travelers typically fly into Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, Peru (LIM) first and then catch a domestic flight to Cusco.

The easiest and most convenient Cusco Airport transportation is through a private car. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate holding a sign with your name on it.
